At Vvldesigns, each piece is thoughtfully created especially for you. As our garments are made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges.

If your item does not fit perfectly, you may exchange it for:

• A different size, or
• Another item of equal value.

Please note:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
• Courier costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
