RETURNS & REFUNDS

Vvldesigns, each piece is thoughtfully created especially for you. As our garments are made on order, we do not offer refunds.However, we gladly offer exchanges.

 If your item doesn't fit perfectly, you may exchange it for:

• different size, or
• Select another item of equal value

Please Note

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
• Courier costs for exchanges are the customer responsibility
